A licensed cosmetologist, Kandi has worked in both commission and booth rental salons, as well as owning and operating her own salon in Loveland. She loves doing hair but discovered that her true passion was in education. As an educator at a local cosmetology school she loved getting to share her passion for the industry with students and had a desire to start a school to offer what she felt was lacking in the beauty education industry. Kandi has taken advanced classes in business management, building clientele, hair- extensions, balayage and more. She has a wide range of experience in all aspects of the cosmetology business and can teach you what it takes to build a successful career

Kate Bradford, a licensed cosmetolgist and licensed esthetician, found her passion for education while working in a premier med spa in the Denver metro area. As lead esthetician and office manager she worked closely with other employees, training and educating them. She also is passionate about her own continuing education and attends classes regularly. She holds certifications in chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning. She is a nationally certified aesthetic laser operator. She has had training in advanced chemical peels, business building, cancer-care esthetics, Skin Classic, Plasma Pen, HydraFacial, Eclipse Micropen, Procell Microchanneling, SkinPen Microneedling, Cutera's Trusculpt, Inmode devices Morpheus8, Evolve, Evoke and Votiva, as well as many others. She loves sharing her passion and knowledge with others in the beauty industry
